Our verdict
Suits people who want less hands-on dust handling (the station empties the bin) and hard floors where one pass of vacuuming and mopping is wanted. Look elsewhere if stamina or pulling power matters: its maximum runtime of 121 min, sealed suction of 7 kPa, charge time of 330 min and battery capacity of 3.2 Ah are each weaker than most robot models in our catalogue.

Eufy Omni C20: light and quiet, short on stamina
At 7.3 lb (3.3 kg) and 54.22 dB (Standard mode, vacuum only), the eufy Omni C20 ranks in the top quarter among robot models in our catalogue for both low weight and low noise. Its maximum runtime of 121 minutes ranks in the bottom quarter, where the catalogue median is 180 minutes. That pairing sums up the machine: a slim, quiet robot vacuum and mop with a full-service station, and a small battery behind it.
Sold in the US as T2280111, the C20 comes with an All-in-One Station that empties the dust bin into a disposable bag, washes the mop pads, dries them and refills the water. Eufy's headline figures are 7,000 Pa of suction and an 85 mm tall body.
Eufy Omni C20 specs
Figures come from Eufy's US product page. Size and weight come from a Eufy support article that is not specific to the US, so check the seller's listing for the exact figure.
| Spec | Value |
|---|---|
| Suction | 7,000 Pa (7 kPa) |
| Runtime | About 101 min Standard, about 121 min Quiet (hard floor) |
| Battery | 3,200 mAh lithium-ion |
| Charge time | About 5.5 hours |
| Robot dust bin | 250 ml |
| Station dust bag | 3.1 L, up to 60 days without pets per Eufy |
| Water tanks | 2.5 L clean, 2.4 L dirty |
| Noise | 54.22 dB, Standard, vacuum only |
| Size | 328 x 334 x 85 mm (12.9 x 13.1 x 3.3 in) |
| Weight | 7.3 lb (3.3 kg) |
| Threshold climb | 18 mm |
| Wi-Fi | 2.4 GHz only |
| Voice | Alexa and Google Assistant |
Runtime is quoted for hard floors and depends on the mode, so expect it to differ on carpet.
Mop pads and the All-in-One Station
The C20 uses two rotating mop pads, which Eufy calls Mop Master, turning at 180 RPM with 6 N of downward pressure. When the robot meets carpet, the mop lifts about 10.4 mm. Eufy advises against carpets thicker than about 0.98 in, so deep rugs are better treated as no-go areas in the app.
The station handles four jobs: emptying the bin, washing the pads, drying them with room-temperature air, and refilling water. Our self-emptying docks page explains how these stations work. For obstacle sensing, Eufy lists infrared plus a point laser. The robot also has a Pro-Detangle Comb for hair and robot vacuum mapping guide for up to 3 floors.
Battery, charging and suction limits
The small battery is where the C20 gives ground. Its 3.2 Ah capacity, 330-minute charge time and 7 kPa of sealed suction are each weaker than most robot models in our catalogue, alongside the 121-minute maximum runtime above. Expect a long wait between full charges and less suction than most rivals offer.
The flip side is the weight. If you carry the robot between floors, 7.3 lb (3.3 kg) is easier to lift than most. Our lightweight vacuum guide covers what else to check when weight matters. The page does not list a filter type, so do not assume HEPA, and the US page gives no warranty length; confirm it with the seller.
How the C20 differs from the C28 and E25
The Omni models share a station idea but not the same hardware:
- Suction. C20 lists 7,000 Pa, C28 15,000 Pa and E25 20,000 Pa.
- Mop type. The C20 has dual rotating pads. The eufy Omni C28 and Omni E25 use HydroJet self-cleaning roller mops.
- Drying. The C20 dries with room-temperature air, while the C28 and E25 pages list hot-air drying at 95 to 122 F.
- Bag size. The C20 station holds a 3.1 L bag; the C28 and E25 use a 3 L bag rated up to 75 days.
- Body. The C20 is 85 mm tall; the E25 is about 112 mm.
- Obstacle recognition. The E25 adds AI.See RGB obstacle recognition, which the C20 page does not list.
If maximum suction and roller mopping matter, the C20 is not that machine. If a slim, light body and the lower step in the range matter more, it may be.

Eufy Omni C20 price and what to confirm before ordering
Start with the code. The Eufy Omni C20 for the US is T2280111, so a listing that shows only the marketing name leaves room for doubt. Check that the title or spec line carries T2280111 before you compare anything else.
The C20 is a robot vacuum and mop with a station that empties, washes and dries, so confirm the listing includes that All-in-One Station and not just the robot. The US page lists no filter type, so do not assume HEPA, and it gives no warranty length, so confirm that with the seller.
It also helps to know the neighbours. The C28 and E25 share the station idea but not the hardware, so a similar-looking listing for another Omni model is not a substitute. Read the offers list as a live snapshot and compare bundle against bundle, since offers run from $339.99 to $359.99 and the lower end may differ in what ships with the robot.
Who it may suit
On paper, the C20 suits a home with hard floor, tile and low carpet that wants vacuuming and mopping in one pass, and a station that handles dust without you touching the bin. That is an inference from the published specs, not a test result. A self-emptying robot with this battery is easier to live with in a small or mid-size home than in a large one.
Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz only, which can matter with some router setups. For cost, see the prices section of this page, and for other options browse the full Eufy vacuums range. Everything here comes from specifications, not from testing.
Does the eufy Omni C20 work on 5 GHz Wi-Fi?
No. Eufy's US page lists 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only for the Omni C20 (T2280111), so the app, Alexa and Google Assistant control all need a 2.4 GHz connection. If setup fails, check whether your router merges its bands and, if it does, pair while your phone is on the 2.4 GHz network. Many mesh and dual-band routers let you do this temporarily from their own app. The C20 itself is a 3.3 kg robot with 7,000 Pa suction and a mop-washing station, so the connection is the main thing to check before setup.
How big are the eufy Omni C20 dust bin and water tanks?
The robot's own dust bin holds 250 ml, and the station adds a 3.1 L disposable dust bag that Eufy says lasts up to 60 days without pets. The station's clean water tank is 2.5 L and the dirty tank is 2.4 L, per Eufy's US page. Eufy's C28 and E25 pages list a 3 L bag rated up to 75 days instead. Bag life depends on your home, and pet hair will shorten it.
